These terms govern use of the SecAgent™ website and any security services purchased through ARC2 Technologies LLC.
Clients must have lawful authority to request testing of every in-scope target. Clients are responsible for identifying third-party systems and exclusions.
Active testing will be governed by an agreed scope, testing window, approved assets, exclusions, and any applicable rules of engagement.
SecAgent services may not be used to test systems without authorization, disrupt third parties, conduct denial-of-service activity, deploy persistence, steal data, or facilitate unlawful access.
No security assessment can prove that a system is free of vulnerabilities. Results reflect the agreed scope, testing methods, environment, and testing period.
Clients should maintain backups, provide accurate scope information, protect credentials, and promptly notify SecAgent of operational concerns during testing.
