Security Testing Disclaimer

SecAgent™ is intended for defensive security assessment of systems that the client is legally authorized to test.

Automated and AI-assisted findings can contain false positives, incomplete results, or context-dependent conclusions. High-severity findings should be independently validated before major business decisions are made.

Standard engagements do not include destructive testing, denial-of-service testing, persistence, malware deployment, credential theft, attacks on unrelated third parties, or actions outside the approved rules of engagement.

Security conditions can change after an assessment. A report is not a warranty, certification of invulnerability, or guarantee against compromise.

This page is a commercial template and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.
