These Terms govern use of the LedgerForce™ website, demonstration tools, discovery utilities, and services provided by ARC2 Technologies LLC. Commercial work is governed by the applicable written proposal, statement of work, order, or agreement.

AI and professional review

LedgerForce™ is a financial operations and decision-support platform. It does not itself provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, audit, or regulatory advice. Material accounting judgments, payment approvals, tax decisions, and final financial statements remain subject to qualified human review.

Client systems and data

Clients must have authority to provide data, credentials, and system access used for integrations. Production connections should use least-privilege access and agreed security controls.

Third-party services

Cloud, model, banking, payment, ERP, data, licensing, and other third-party providers may have separate fees and terms.
