These Terms govern use of the Actuara™ website, demonstrations, discovery tools, and services provided by ARC2 Technologies LLC. Commercial work is governed by the applicable written proposal, statement of work, order, or agreement.

AI and professional review

Actuara™ is a decision-support and workflow platform. It does not itself provide an actuarial opinion, legal advice, tax advice, or regulatory certification. Clients remain responsible for qualified professional review and final decisions.

Client data and access

Clients must have authority to provide data and credentials used for integrations. Production integrations should follow least-privilege access and agreed security controls.

Third-party services

Cloud, AI model, data, telephony, payment, licensing, and other third-party services may be subject to separate provider terms and fees.

Acceptable use

Actuara™ may not be used to unlawfully access systems, evade controls, misrepresent professional conclusions, or make prohibited decisions without required human oversight.
